
Personality psychology is concerned with differences between people in terms of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Ultimately, personality psychology aims to create a coherent description of a person. Psychologists use a variety of methods to assess personality, from traditional techniques such as interviews and surveys, to more contemporary techniques like assessing the contents of people’s rooms, their music collections, and their favorite movies.
